The Fially.com online financial product selection service protects customer data from both its own employees and from third-party hackers. It ensures that the service remains confidential, and it provides you with a secure way of communicating with creditors.
Confidentiality
None of your friends or acquaintances will know that you contacted us:
- You do not need to provide a statement of income from an accounting office or request a copy of your official employment record that is certified by the HR department of your employer, because you are not required to provide documentary confirmation when filling out your online profile.
- None of your work colleagues or members of your household will be disturbed by calls asking them questions or verification of information.
- You will not have to visit a bank branch or a lender's office in person. Your application will be processed remotely.
- You do not have to participate in phone conversations and answer questions from the lender. All communication will be conducted by SMS message and in your personal account on the site.
You can independently solve your own financial problems without involving anyone in them and without having to hide anything. Fill out a credit application whenever is most convenient to you.
Legal compliance
The Fially.com service partners are banking institutions that are licensed to operate in the Spain. They are legal businesses, and they all fully comply with legal regulations. We comply with all requirements and regulations, and we do not violate the law when we process, store, and transfer the personal data of users. Security
You will fill out your own online application form on your computer or phone. You will not have to answer questions from a loan officer in a noisy office. At the same time, you will also not have to make copies of documents and give them to someone else. All you need to do is provide the requested information. No one will be able to use a copy of your passport in order to secure a loan in your name without your permission or to conduct some other type of scam.
Our employees do not see any of the data that you enter. It is automatically and immediately encrypted and processed by the service. Applications are processed in-house: we select the appropriate financial products that you qualify for and rule out any that are not available to you.
As a result, we get a scoring estimate and a credit rating for our customer. However, we don’t know how many children our customer has, where he lives, and what his salary is. Rest assured that this information is kept secure. This information will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used against you.
Not all of our employees are granted permission to view the database. We assign employees differing levels of permissions, and we keep a log of all sessions that are used to view information on the service. Each login is logged so that any employee that is discovered to have used other people's information improperly will be published. Third parties are in no way allowed to access our system.
The information is encrypted using the SSL protocol, and it is transmitted while taking all precautions, as is the practice in the banking industry. There is no risk of data leakage.
